I got banned while farming today.I didn't understand why and they told me auto pickup, I never used cheats.I was just watching movies and farming.While watching the movie I made, because the game is half of the screen, I keep pressing the collection button "Under Esc"

I didn't get any message, just because I kept pressing this button in the game, I was banned due to auto pickup.I never used cheats and just continued with my labor.Please I want my ban lifted as a player
